GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF MURRAY HOUSE & GROUNDS
Murray House has lovely guest rooms, each done in a different theme. The queen size beds have memory foam padding for extra comfort and each room comes with a
private bath. Best of all, you have private outside entrances to each room. You can have your personally served homemade breakfast either in your room or on your private patio area. For your convenience, your room has a TV, VCR, A/C, fans and WIFI computer access. There is a small refrigerator, coffee pot, and microwave. You never have to leave it. The second level guest room has a panoramic view of Almy Pond and a distant ocean view. There are lovely flower gardens surrounding the small Koi pond and the inground swimming pool and hottub. You are a short (5 mins) walk to a lovely semi-private beach and the famous Newport Mansions are just around the corner. Well trained pets and children over 8 years are welcome. You'll like it here.

* Prices are seasonal, in the $ 99.00 to $ 199.00 range. Subject to state and local taxes.
Reservations are secured with a prepayment of 1/2 amount due. Balance is cash, which is preferred, personal checks or credit cards.
* Check-in time: 4 pm to 7 pm (unless otherwise arranged)
* Check-out time: 11:30 am
* A Gourmet breakfast is served to the privacy of your room between 8:30 and 9:30am
* BED & BREAKFAST'S GUIDE & POLICIES:
* If cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival, you will receive a refund, minus $25.00 handling fee.
* If cancellation is received in less than 14 days prior to arrival, you will be charged for entire stay, unless it can be resold.
* Sorry, no refund will be issued for early departures.
* You will receive a raincheck for a future stay, depending upon availability.
